Tony Lama

Tony Lama was the son of Italian immigrant parents and began bootmaking at 11 years old under his uncle’s tutelage in Syracuse, New York. Later, he travelled to El Paso, where he worked as a cobbler for soldiers stationed at Fort Bliss before realising cowboys and ranchers needed comfortable, well-fitted casual lace up shoes; consequently, Tony opened up his shoe repair shop in 1911.

Over time, the company evolved into a family-owned corporation producing high-quality leather goods and boots for men, women, and children. In 1990, they merged with Justin Industries of Berkshire Hathaway; today, the brand belongs to their Western footwear brands under the Justin Brands umbrella.

The brand is well known for its sturdy construction and comfortable fit, with styles to satisfy every taste, ranging from the Stallion 7900, Dusky Bonham, and 3R Fancy being among the most favoured models. Laceless boots may be particularly well suited to this brand, but these versatile shoes can also be worn in many different ways!

Dockers

Casual lace up shoes are an indispensable staple in every woman’s closet, whether she needs stylish yet comfortable footwear for weekend getaways or office attire. Women’s casual oxford shoes pair beautifully with business casual wear, while minimalist white sneakers pair nicely with jeans and skirts.

Men’s casual lace up shoes from Dockers come in an array of styles, such as classic oxfords and relaxed chukka boots. Additionally, this brand provides numerous sneaker styles designed to pair perfectly with jeans, chinos and other forms of relaxed, casual clothing. All their casual lace up shoes offer both style and comfort – so that when worn either at work casual environments or when socialising with friends.

Leather

A leather casual shoe is a versatile wardrobe staple that can be worn in many different outfits. Whether it’s a brown suede pair of Chukka boots or a classic black Oxford brogue, there is a men’s shoe in our collection to suit every style and occasion.

The best men’s casual shoes are stylish, comfortable and crafted from quality materials. Look for leather sneakers with a treaded rubber sole that offers grip, durability and comfort. Alternatively, opt for a sneaker with a memory foam insole that offers cushioning and support.

Ideally, your casual shoes should strike the right balance between formal and relaxed. Brogues and Derby shoes, for example, are sophisticated enough to wear to client meetings but casual enough to be worn at a bar or restaurant. Similarly, loafers and driving shoes walk the line between formal and informal with their moc-toe styling, slip-on design and signature pebble sole. For a smarter casual look, try a lace-less loafer in a neutral shade.
